Exercise is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good for you! And I don't just mean the weight loss benefits...or the state of our arteries...I mean the feeling immediately after exercise...that endorphin high! If only I could remember that feeling on the days when I'm too tired/ lazy to head towards the leisure centre. Chalo, inshaAllah I'm going to get back into my spinning a couple of times a week. It's been so hot lately, alhamdulillah. My line manager is on holiday for two weeks inshaAllah...woohoo!!!
