Anyone who can run 10k in 44 mins and 45 seconds just has to be my ultimate hero.
When I was younger I spent some time at a muslim school. There I recall learning that "Shahada, Salah, Sayyaam, Hajj & Zakat" make a man a muslim.
If he's a muslim, prays, fasts in Ramadan, pays his zakat and knows his obligation to perform Hajj as soon as he can afford to, he's muslim.
The 44 mins and 45 seconds would just have to be a bonus.
