I really don't want to complain, but I have to. After all the hoo-haa with my holiday hours, having been told (well, virtually shouted at) that there is absolutely no way that I'm entitled to 53 hours before I leave (in front of a customer!), having been inappropriately moaned at regarding the inter-relationship between us and 'PERSONNEL' (something which with no uncertainty should have been aimed at my line manager and not me!), having been told that I can't take any outstanding holiday in the month prior to my departure, I am now told in fact yes, I am entitled to 53 hours. So what was all the fuss about, subhanAllah! Well I am now told that the 30 hours of training that is allocated to each of us as a benefit no longer applies as I am leaving. So does that mean that they will be asking me for my staff discount card back? In fact, I wonder if they will deduct my wages for actually taking holiday ... seeing as I'm leaving ... Allahu alim. What a nightmare! Four weeks ago everything was hunky dory ... now I can't wait to get out of here and make my way towards real professionalism. Hmph.
