I arrived as usual (well, as usual as 'usual' is for aerobiking for me :P) for the 6:30pm class this evening. Just as I was paying, I was informed that the class had started 30 minutes earlier! Sooooooo Wednesdays class is at 6pm. Was quite disappointed until the receptionist informed me about the 'Sweat'n'Sculpt' class about to start which I could join. Erm, the title was enough to put me off. However, as I'd made the effort in the torrential downpours to get myself to the leisure centre, I thought, hey, might as well.

Joined the class, about 8 people, one instructor. 'An innovative class utilizing barbell weights in a structured aerobics format, helping you to achieve the perfect toned body. Sweat'n'Sculpt adds cardio workout into the mix!' I like the exclamation mark at the end, lol.

It was great, alhamdulillah. Even greater was the shower I had when I got home. I'm SO glad I don't have a Lush in my town. Big, I Should Coco, Sweet Japanese Girl, Buffy the B******* Slayer, Coconut & Almond Smoothie. I think my bathroom smells like the store now...
