Alhamdulillah I got my car back today. The bodyshop people repaired the front grille and front end of the bonnet, repainted where necessary and replaced both my headlamps. They gave the car a quick wash and hoover too. Alhamdulillah. I was only without Golfy for about 18 hours but I missed him big time. I've had to live without him a number of times over the years while he has been serviced, MOT'ed, repaired; each time he comes back to me I feel as if I have him from new again. I daren't allow anyone to leave their empty sweet wrappers, their used tissues, the mud from their shoes in or on Golfy; he is new and perfect again. So now, if anyone out there wishes to reverse into me again, CHECK YOUR MIRRORS, TURN YOUR RADIO OFF SO YOU CAN HEAR THE WARNING HORN BEING SOUNDED AT YOU, and USE YOUR INDICATORS. Thank you.
